Is there a minimum monthly commitment for hosting?
No, we understand that business is dynamic in nature. No long term commitments are required, a simple month to month agreement is identified in the terms and conditions when you sign up.
How do I select a Web address?
Identifying your Web address (URL) is a critical step in your web project. Our trained staff will work with you to define a short list of candidates and we can also check for availability with Network Solutions for you. There are several things to consider when selecting your URL. Selection can be based on your real name (i.e. bobssurfboardshack.com, your products and services (i.e. surfboards.com) or potential keywords we know you will use with your Internet marketing (i.e. your-surfboard-skating-beach-outfitter.com). Or you can select multiple web address and have them point to the same file on the server.
Our business already has a Web address can I still use it?
Yes, we will gladly move an existing Web address to our servers. A one time fee of $50.00 does apply.
Why don't you provide dial-up Internet access?
The dial-up market is saturated with both small and big business. The profit margins are low and the investment is high. Also, the future of the Internet is broadband, cable and DSL connections are already the preferred connection to the Web. As a plus, our servers and Internet connections are not loaded up with dial-up connections so your site will be fast and reliable.
Is there any work you don't do?
Yes, we don't support in any way pornography or hate sites. No design, marketing, consulting, hosting or maintenance. This benefits you also, these sites consume an incredible amount of bandwidth and all the other sites on the same server suffer. So since we don't support them the bandwidth on the sites you will be sharing a server with is conservative making your site load even faster.
What is a Search Engine?
They are large databases of sites on the Web. A user goes in and queries on a specific keyword to find a related site on the Web. The Search Engine performs a query and displays results based on the relevance to the keyword you typed in.
How many Search Engines and Directories are there?
Hundreds and hundreds, however over 95% of the traffic on the Web today is a result of the Search Engines and Directories we submit to.
Can you get our site listed in the top 10 of the Search Engine lists?
Yes, together we will identify the keywords you would like to rank well under and develop a rate structure based on the competition for that keyword and Search Engine. We even have incentive plans where you don't pay unless you achieve the desired ranking.
What do I need to provide to have a Web site built?

Where do I get the information to put on my site?
There are a number of different sources for the information for your site. Consider using information out of your business plan, advertising, catalogs, procedures, pricing, technical specifications and develop it just for the site.
How does the Web site development process work?

Here is a basic outline of the steps necessary to develop a site.

Step 1 - Surf, surf, surf, spend time on the Internet looking at your competition, finding sites you like (color, layout, content) and write down what you like.

Step 2 - Brainstorm major categories of information you would like to cover on you site.

Step 3 - Take all the content you already have and try to break it into the major categories you just identified.
